Our client in Prospecton KZN is looking for an experienced Debtors and Administrative Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtors' accounts, performing administrative tasks, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAGE software and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Debtors: Manage and maintain debtors' accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Perform monthly and ad-hoc debtors reporting and analysis Take full responsibility for a large debtor's book, including administration, liaising, and resolving issues Identify and pursue debt collection opportunities to minimize bad debt Develop and maintain relationships with debtors to ensure timely payments Administrative: Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing invoices, statements, and other documents Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion SAGE Software: Utilize SAGE software to perform daily tasks, including data entry, account management, and reporting Ensure accurate and timely data entry, and maintain data integrity Generate reports, invoices, and statements using SAGE software
