Project Coordinator

Our client in the Durban South Area is searching for a skilled Projects Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate tasks using Wrike and SharePoint for project team members, departments, suppliers, and sub-contractors

Ensure contract documents are signed off and returned to clients within agreed timescales

Manage project certificates, insurances, and guarantees

Prepare and track project budgets, invoices, and cash flows

Assist in developing project schedules and work plans

Prepare project documentation, including commercial invoicing and cross-border documentation

Maintain and update project folders within SharePoint

Assist in preparing tenders and project-specific quality management documents

Liaise with the Health & Safety consultant to ensure timely submission of health and safety file requests

Requirements:

3-5 years of administration experience in a project management, construction, technical, or engineering environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills

Strong financial and analytical skills

Professional presentation skills

Qualifications:

 Higher Certificate/Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration/project management or accounting, plus a certificate in Microsoft Projects
